These are the Chronicles of Dominic Carter on 77W ABC. President Biden, former President Trump going at it over the weekend in Georgia, only 60 miles apart. The issue of 22 year old, Laken Riley, the nursing student, murdered allegedly by a migrant. Mr. Trump stating with Laken Riley's family in attendance at his event that Mr. Biden should be apologizing for apologizing to this killer. Here is what Mr. Biden actually said. You use the word illegal when talking about the man who allegedly killed Laken Riley. Undocumented person. And I shouldn't have usually, I shouldn't have as undocumented. And the Biden campaign also released a commercial, a $30 million buy and battleground states trying to get away from the president's age. Look, I'm not a young guy. That's no secret. But here's the deal. I understand how to get things done for the American people. I led the country through the COVID crisis. Today we have the strongest economy in the world. I passed the law that lowers prescription drug prices caps into $35 a month for seniors. For four years, Donald Trump tried to pass an infrastructure law and he failed. I got it done. Now we're rebuilding America. Again, the Laken family did not attend the state of the union address, even though they received an invitation from a local congressman. But they did, over the weekend, meet with Mr. Trump and attend his rally. The mother of Laken Riley also quoted as stating, it's pathetic that the president did not even know her daughter's name.
