I spoke with Natasha Falconi this week on the Women Influencers podcast. She is a Real Estate Investor focused on value-add multi-family properties who loves revitalizing neighborhoods by improving under-performing assets.

We discussed her upbringing as a 1st generation American born to Cuban parents, and how this influenced her to pursue accounting. Natasha worked at a Big 6 accounting firm, ending up in the Real Estate Tax department. After switching to a comptroller position at a client’s business, Natasha worked up the ranks to President of the company over 16 years. Then, she decided to start her own company in 2019. She didn’t worry about how COVID affected her new business, she just focused on finding the opportunities that arise in every market.

Natasha and I spoke about how sharing your story can give others courage, how investing in Real Estate is possible for anyone, and how I got started investing in Real Estate.
