MacIver News Minute: On Heels of Janus, Another Big Labor Cash Grab Is On The Chopping Block
These are tough days for Big Labor. On the heels of the U.S. Supreme Court's landmark ruling in Janus v. AFSCME, the Trump administration is now taking steps to end another union cash grab. The federal CMS is moving to end a union scam diverting some $200 million in Medicaid funds into union coffers from home caregivers, who they convinced state legislatures to classify as government workers, allowing them to be forced into the union.
