Just like the zombies in The Walking Dead, one particularly insidious proposal at Wisconsin's Capitol just won't die. The plan calls for beefing up Wisconsin's already-onerous three tier alcohol industry regulations and creating a powerful "alcohol czar" to lord over brewers and distillers. Such a scheme would likely run small, craft brewers and distilleries out of business. The proposal is dead, again, for now...but cronyism never seems to stay dead and buried.
