Unlike other spend-it-all politicians, Gov. Scott Walker is making good on a pledge he's made repeatedly on the campaign trail - return surplus tax revenue to the hard-working taxpayers it came from. Walker is now proposing to give $122 million back, and he can do it thanks to a larger than expected budget surplus that comes from prudent budget management.
