Bio:
A citizen of the world living in Los Angeles, Sarkis Mikael is a DJ and producer creating eclectic electronic music.
He is influenced by rock, electronic, and world music differentiating between melodic, psychedelic and tribal textures. Combining a variety of genres, Sarkis fuses historical instruments such as the Duduk and Oud with electronic grooves, while expanding his experimental levels to intricate degrees. Sarkis is building an applaudable roster of artists he has played with like Acid Pauli, Monolink, Sabo, Goldcap, Gab Rhome, Hisham Zahran and more.
His first ever label release with Patrik Khach on Pipe & Pochet traveled through multiple airwaves in live and studio sets played by acclaimed DJs . To expand his global presence, Sarkis was signed by an international booking agency for the Middle East and North Africa in April 2017. Tim Green, Jay Tripwire, Omid 16B are just some of the respected artists who share the same agency representation. Focusing on innovative studio productions and through the unison of likeminded artists, labels, and music lovers from all over the world, Sarkis is growing a house hold name for himself. His productions are gaining recognition by Just Emma, San Miguel, SAAND and Milo Häfliger to name a few. Currently, he is set to release on six worldwide known record labels.
Sarkis has no means to stop as his adventure has just begun. Just like history, he’s already said so much with an entire musical lifetime ahead to tell his stories
