Hey, Dr. E, thanks for having me. It's great to be here. So you can just give a quick intro, say what kind of practice you have, et cetera, how to find you, and then go ahead with your story. So I'm from Seattle, Washington, where everything got started during this COVID-19 pandemic. I recently started my own out of network physical therapy practice, offering concierge and telehealth services. All right, so what do you have for us today? So I had a very interesting case, about a year and a half or so, maybe, with a patient who came in, and he was actually a former patient of mine. And I saw him pop on my schedule for a new condition. And first got my interest peak to when all of a sudden he canceled at least one or two of his evils, and one of the cancellation notes was he had to go to the ER. And so, and I'm like, "Whoa, what's going on there? I hope he's all right." And turns out it was he had taken two trips to the ER in the last month because of neck pain, kind of upper neck, like right below the head C1. And so he was coming to me for that. And pretty quickly, I got the idea that this was not something musculoskeletal.
