Propel fitness water with Gatorade electrolytes, zero sugar and vitamins. Propel hydrates better than water to help you get the most out of your workout and get back to your best self. What propels you? Propel with Gatorade electrolytes. Sierra has all the best active and outdoor brands for the super athletic stuff like running gear for cruising up the trail. Woo! And the super athletic is stuff like fishing gear for chilling by the creek. Nice cast. They disappeared with a push for higher reps. You got this. And golf balls price so you could afford to lose one. Or a few. Head to Sierra or Sierra.com for the brands you want at the prices that let you do it all. From athletic to athletic-ish, Sierra's got it. "You're listening to the simple man. With Ethan Krell and Stan Nickirod and Davey Ann and Anderson." Oh! Stay a while if you know about the jujitsu. If you don't, you can come too. Alright. Welcome to the Simple Man. We're back with another great episode brought to you by Ethan Krell and Stan. Damien Anderson. I'm the million dollar grappler. Are you changing the name? Well, I was just adding one on. Okay. So no longer a black belt slayer. You're going to kill him. I am the black belt slayer and I'm the natty king. And I'm Nickirod and I'm the million dollar grappler. Okay. Which one are you going by today? Which one are we? Do we have the? I'm all I'm everything and nothing at the same time. Holy shit. His loss is goddamn bad. Nickirod, you smell bad. And you know it too. I don't even say it anymore. I got a strong whiff in training. I'm like, yeah, he knows what I want. How when would you first realize this? Immediately. Well, I mean, today or? Yeah. No, no, no, no. Today. No, I mean, today was a good one for sure. Yeah, it was a spicy one. Wouldn't have you realized this ball. Today was a spicy meatball. Before, I mean, probably like when Damien brought it up, I'm like, oh, really? He smells like, oh. Alright here guys. Just so you guys are aware, Nickirod, the natty king, the black belt slayer, the million dollar grappler. What else? That's it. That's it. Okay. Okay.
The Rodriguez brothers are very particular with foreign substances or synthetic substances. This time, Nickirod, or actually for the past few months, it's been almost a year. Almost a year. Wow. And you guys are just realizing it. We're just catching it. No, no, no. I always said it. I always win since a year ago. I'm really like starting to catch it. Okay.
Today was an eye opener for sure. So Nickirod hasn't been using deodorant and not even like, so obviously not the synthetic one with the aluminum in there. I understand the anti-perspirant is a little weird. I don't know if it's good or bad, whatever, but just putting shit on my sweat glands that closes them is a little weird to me, but just like a deodorant. I think that's like just the polite thing. Come on.
Something that helped me fully commit to this is like a few months in Bobby, a few months in like round one, I would do a lot of mountain rounds with Vince. I was like, bro, do I think he's like, no, I never, you never smell bad to me. I was like, full said. This is day one, if not using deodorant. Oh, yeah. So he doesn't wear any deodorant, doesn't wear any anti-perspirant. Doesn't eat food, doesn't drink water. And kind of stinks up the place. I mentioned it last time during Seth's, the podcast with Seth, I was like, this fucking room stinks. I actually, I don't know if I, but I'm good now. I don't smell it right now. If you just shower, then it's fine, but like you go throughout the day. Boy, the thing is with the training, right, is that a lot of times, pretty much every day, I have a walk in the morning. And if I walk anytime past nine AM, I'm sweating. Yeah, yeah. I smell the water after that. No, because then you shower too much. It fucks your skin up. It's getting microbiome. Michael biome. Yeah. Fucks up your microbiome. The bacteria on your skin is a sensitive thing. So it's pretty resilient. Even if you, even if you just rinse off your skin will get dry because the water is, no, no, no, no, no, just rinsing off.
