(upbeat music) - Good evening everyone and welcome to the 44th Toronto Intermational Film Festival. - You lucky, lucky people. - Hello everybody and welcome to the Spoila Warning Podcast. This is our 2019 Toronto International Film Festival review of Uncut Gems. I'm Christopher Schnazzy. - And I'm Stephen Miller. - And if you're joining us for the first time, the Spoila Warning Podcast is a weekly film review program. Each week in the show, we're gonna dive in, debate, discuss, and argue over the latest film releases coming to a theater near you. The past two weeks, we have been recording episodes, talking about everything that we saw at TIFF this year. We are done. We're on the last episode. Might not be the last episode you hear 'cause we might prioritize this one earlier in the feed, but it's the last episode we're recording. How does it feel Stephen? - Feels damn good Chris, I'm gladly made it. I didn't know if we were gonna fizzle out or if we were gonna really pull through till the end. - Yeah, I mean, luckily some of these have been shorter and required less work to get out, but still it's a daunting task of seeing, recording, and releasing 14 reviews of things that nobody else can see yet, but we were up for the challenge and we did it for better or for worse. - Yeah, I'm happy for it. Are you happy for it? How do you feel now that we've survived it all? - I'm happy for it. I mean, because these are sort of rush reviews and we're often recording them in batches, they are shorter than normal episodes, some only buy a few minutes shorter, but they do seem shorter. I would be curious to see how a fresh review if we had seen this in normal release time would go, but I'm happy for it. I mean, we made plenty of time for our Joker review. That one's definitely full length, including with a spoiler segment that everybody can wait two more weeks before they listen to or be that person who listens to it anyways, but yeah, I feel good about it. - This one is gonna have a spoiler section too,
