We wanted to find out a little bit more about Agra equine insurance, because they have come on board with the eventing podcast, they have a brilliant message to share, and I'm delighted to say, Vicki Wentworth, Chief Executive of Agra UK is with me. Vicki, one of your flagship products, which I think is probably the hot topic of conversation in the equestrian world right now, because insurance is such an important part of any horse owner's journey, but your flagship product is lifetime insurance. Are you basically telling me that you can ensure a horse for its entire lifetime, regardless of what injuries or ailments, and we all know they love injuries and ailments, it might have. - Yes, that's exactly what we're saying. So I joined the company at the back end of 2021, when they came and asked me if I was sort of up for doing the job, I said, yes, but do you know what, as an equestrian, if you want me to launch equine insurance, I really genuinely need you to listen to what I have to say, 'cause I've been on the wrong end, or the receiving end of insurance that just hasn't met my expectations, and the company's been amazing from that viewpoint. So we do lifetime insurance with the only company in the UK that does lifetime. The reason being is you're absolutely right, your horses go wrong, and they go wrong because of what we ask them to do, but they also go wrong because they can be a little bit silly and do things that we don't actually need or want them to be doing, particularly when they get turned out and stuff. So lifetime means that at the moment, we ensure from 30 days, we're gonna be doing obviously extensions to the policies, but from 30 days you can ensure a little wee baby horse, and you can take it right up until it goes over the equestrian rainbow, so to speak. So the brilliant thing is all of those ailments that come in the period of time that it's ensured are covered, never any exclusions. - Never any exclusions. It's like the magic words, honestly listeners. Surely though, that is only while I own that horse. - No, it's not actually.
