EFT Tapping, Manage Anxiety, Fear, Worry & Grief

Have a look at this EFT video I’ve made to help us through any heavy stubborn emotions and energies: Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, is a therapeutic practice that combines elements of acupuncture and psychological approaches to address a range of emotional, psychological, and even physical issues. It involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body with your fingertips while focusing on the issue you want to address. Here’s how it works: 1.Identify the Issue: First, pinpoint a specific problem you want to work on, like stress, anxiety, grief, worry, physical pain, or even particular event that’s causing low emotions. 2.Assess the Intensity: Rate the intensity of your feelings related to the issue on a scale from 0 to 10, with 10 being the most intense. This helps us measure our progress as we go. 3.Set an intention: Let’s set an intention of what we’d like to release or transmute and how we’d like to feel after. 4.Focus on your breath: Breathe in and out slowly and deeply intending to release the unwanted emotion on the out-breath and breathe in the desired emotion on the in-breath. 5.Start Tapping: on specific points- o Side of your Hands (Karate Chop Point) o Side of your Eyes o Eyebrows o Under your Eyes- on the bone o Under your Nose o Chin- in the dip part o Collarbone and around your heart & chest area o Under your Arm, at your armpit, slightly below o Top of the Head-middle 6.Reassess Intensity: After a round of tapping, check in on the intensity level, rate it out of 10 again. It should have decreased by now, indicating that tapping has lessened your emotional response to the issue. If not, go through the process again. 7.Seal Your Energy Body: At the end, imagine sealing yourself into a bubble of this renewed energy and seal it with a violet light, so that your energy is protected for the day. Benefits of EFT Tapping: • Reduce anxiety, stress, depression symptoms, and other low energies. • Improve emotional well-being and resilience. • Help manage pain and reduce physical tension. • Address trauma and PTSD, process difficult emotions.
