(upbeat music) - Welcome one and all to Ummami Manga. I'm Petter and this is James. - Hello. - And today we're talking about Volume Five of Asadora. We're back and, who boy, I'm excited to talk about this one. Asa and Yone and Miyako in this volume all kind of had their own simultaneous struggles that they kind of went through on different fronts in this book. And in a way, just kind of spontaneous thought about the volume as a whole, I kind of felt like this was sort of a climax or the end of a story arc in a way sort of, 'cause we got so many things kind of resolved and some answers, or some questions answered. So it felt like a neat little resolution, obviously in the middle of a bigger story, but yeah, it was a very nice volume in that way. - For sure. You know, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a time skip in the next volume. I know in the previous discussion, I've said, oh, when does a time skip? But this volume does kind of make it feel like we're going to have some sort of conclusion to this current arc, which we experienced. At least two arcs have been in a time frame. Well, one arc was when she was younger, and then this arc is when she's in middle or high school. So I don't know, I wouldn't be surprised if we have some sort of time skip eventually in the next volume. I think a bit of awesome stuff has to be resolved first. - Yeah. - Like they have to come to conclusions on things. But I think with Yone and Miyako, it feels like we may even just see where their life is heading instead of having more of their high school days. - Yeah. I could definitely see that happening, but I could also see potentially another arc in a way just set in the same age. - Yeah. I mean, I can see that as well. You're right. I mean, I guess I'm really going off, only going off of what hat we've experienced. - Right.
