Tony Amigleo is a purple belt in Jiu-jitsu and is the founder of Transcend Agency, a marketing company that has worked with clients such as the UFC, Nike, GoPro, EA Sports, ESPN, and Fox Sports to name a few.

He talked about the never give up attitude in jiu-jitsu and life, the importance of accountability partners in your personal and professional life. My main takeaway from the interview is when he said: "Complacency breeds failure", which inspired me to title this episode the exact same quote.
