On this episode of the TMA Connection, we went inside the mind and the machine shop of business owner/entrepreneur Alex Loper.  While growing up with a learning disability, Alex always pushed through the struggles and developed a passion for running.  Though he wasn't the best runner in the beginning, his determination and hard work allowed him to progress to being a better version of himself.  After graduating from high school, he developed a passion for working with his hands and eventually started in a career of being a machinist.  When one door closes, another one opens.  Today, Alex and his business partner/brother-inlaw Kevin run a machine shop that specializes in making parts for several industries.  He's a family man first- husband and father.  A competitive runner and a successful businessman.
