Coffee & Geography

Coffee & Geography S02E21 Cat Poh (UK)

Kit and Cat Poh sip a brew chatting about accessibility in education, ADHD, George Michael, amongst other things!

Cat Poh is a Geography Teacher who big on environmental philosophy, critical, feminist and Indigenous geographies. She has always felt very sensitive to the environment around her, be it built or grown. Weather, climate, birds, buildings, light and trees have always changed how Cat feels in the world and therefore who she is in it. The shifts in Cat's senses from subtle chances in the seasons, from smells of spring and sounds of swifts in the summer have always evoked changes in her too. Being in this close relationship to the environment has made Cat curious to explore and understand it on a personal level.
