Vincent Noth, Executive Director for Kinship Community Food Center, helps us to reflect on the importance of community and vulnerability in the Christian life. He encourages us to renew our commitments to be vulnerable, to show up for each other, and to be accountable to each other.

He offers the following questions to discuss with your pilgrim group or a friend this week:

1. Share a time in your life when you were in a place of vulnerability and someone loved and received you. How did this impact your spiritual growth?
2. Share a time in your life when someone recognized gifts you possessed or a need you had, and committed themselves caring and developing you.
3. Give an example of someone in your life who has held you accountable or spoken the truth to you in love.
