How is your center protected when it comes to confidentiality?  It is important both legally an ethically to maintain proper confidentiality when working with our participants.  As instructors and therapists we have access to sensitive health care information such as diagnoses and medical paperwork and it is our job to protect that.  Listen in to hear how HETRA manages protected information with our volunteers, staff and others.
