As Head of Operations at Allica Bank, Em Johnson never gets to be bored – her teams touch nearly everything that the Bank does. With a banking career spanning nearly 20 years, Em has worked in most teams that deliver for customers, including Relationship Management, Credit, Programme Management and Operations. Being a leader is what makes Em get up in the morning, and she is known for being enthusiastic and people-focused, as well as for simply “getting things done”. She is a big sponsor of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as being passionate about Mental Wellbeing. Finally, she is infamous for her two Labradors, Mustard and Jack, and often describes herself as a Labrador – greedy, over-enthusiastic, but hopefully loveable.
