Roz Cawood is one of the leading experts in the specialist finance industry.  With over 25 years in the financial sector, Roz specialises in bridging finance as Director of Sales at Hope Capital.  Roz started her career as an underwriter before moving into account management and then pursuing her thirst for working in a fast-paced sales environment.  Roz is passionate about delivering an exceptional service and meeting the diverse needs of brokers and their clients.

Having joined Hope Capital in 2021, Roz is responsible for leading her sales team, devising growth strategies, and implementing new products at Hope Capital.  Hope Capital are a specialist bridging lender with a reputation for service excellence, their relationships go beyond lending. For over a decade they have been supporting brokers and their clients to achieve their ambitions through short-term bridging loans.  The goal has always been very simple: work with likeminded people who share their vision and endless ambitions.
