Having worked in Financial Services for over twenty years at senior management in both the banking and estate agency mortgage services and having spent most of my career in large corporate firms, I always craved the freedom of owning his own business.
In 2017, I started CS Mortgage Solutions, a mortgage brokerage firm founded on my core values of honesty, trust, and integrity. This has now grown to become CS Financial Group, a company with over twenty advisers offering financial advice in mortgages, equity release, pensions, investments, insurance and estate planning. Within the group, I also help and support mortgage brokers set up their own brand and business.
Staying true to my core values, I also provide coaching and mentoring to self employed mortgage brokers who are looking to grow their own business. I understand that whilst it can be daunting, having experience and support on hand can really make a difference and I take pride in helping others achieve their goals.
I also host the Mortgage Broker Broadcast podcast, which focuses on the broker and aims to help those considering a career in financial advice and also experienced advisers who are looking for help building their own business and brand.
