Hayley is a Chartered accountant and is owner and founder of Athena Accountants and Business Advisors, formed in 2016.  
She works predominantly with female clients and is passionate about helping them grow their brands and businesses and achieve their goals. Whether they are in the start-up phase and need help to build, or they are already established and need a higher level of business advisory to grow, she works with women at all stages of business.
She also has a small team of women who work for her, based remotely working all over the country
Hayley is also in the process of setting up a brand new club called Working Mammas Club, it is a safe, supportive space, designed to be a network of like minded women who will empower and encourage each other.
This is born out of Hayley's passion for women to be each others biggest fans. To remove competition and provide accountability for female entrepreneurs.
While. Hayley works with women, she is a single mum to 3 boys and has perfected the art of juggling work, children and life.  She hopes to inspire other women to do the same.  
She is a big believer in a work life balance and family comes first, and this comes after years of being employed full time, having to work in an office from 9 to 5 and missing out on important time with her children.
