She gets gets her hands dirty when refurbishing a project by actually doing some of the labour herself, she manages a construction team with the developments, she manages the money, the sale, the investors... basically the whole property development project from start to end.
Emma Fielding, who I found through Instagram, has been a joy to interview and has given me great inspiration and I know you too will get a lot from this powerhouse!
At the young age of 28, she is managing multiple successful and profitable developments in her property portfolio WITHOUT the use of loans, finance, or bridging finance.She says she started with a property her family inherited and the rest is history!
Emma has also been on a property related TV show called Property Graduate and she was in the final top 3!
