Welcome to The Money Honey. Giving a voice to Women in Finance, Property and Construction
Hey Honey! This is exactly where you need to be! This is a safe space for women to voice their experience, talent, and knowledge, in their chosen field. This show will be about interviews with fantastic women & MEN in Financial Services, Property, or Construction. Predominantly, we will be interviewing many female leaders, and also entrants/beginners in the market, to give a special focus to the female voices in the industry and hear from their perspective. But we love men too!! We have many phenomenal male cheerleaders in finance, property, and construction, who support women and lift them up. You will be hearing from them as well and what they are doing in their chosen sector to grow the female workforce and women in leadership.
As your host, Rosalia Lazzara-Tilley, CEO of Manuka Media, I will be interviewing these super-sassy-stars of the finance world, property market, and construction sector so that YOU can find your own voice. I want you to be empowered and inspired hearing from these speakers. I want you to find your place in this world and learn from those around you who share their wisdom, knowledge, and kindness. The speakers have taken time out of their busy day to give back to the audience who want to be surrounded with positivity.
The reason I started this podcast is because I've been on Construction, Property and Finance. I have been in all three sectors and I wish I had something like this when I started out in construction in my 20s. I have always been in a man's world trying to find my place. My voice. I wish a podcast like this could have shown me what great harmony we can have with men and women side by side. The second reason I started this podcast is because after 7 years in financial services, I have made great friends and have a wonderful support network. Many women on LinkedIn approached me and said: "Rosalia, do something. We need more female faces on social media. We need a hub for women" and here it is! I listened, and thanks for the open minded and generous friends I have made in this industry I am now able to launch this podcast.
