In times of tremendous change, many teens are not sure how to navigate this new landscape and often times can feel overwhelmed and frustrated. To a parent, we see anger, withdrawal, rebellion, depression, self sabotage, self-harm or anxiety. To a teen, they are using the coping skills they currently have. This talk will help you understand how bestto support the teens in your life and introduce actions you can take starting today.
