There is a way to minimise the damage and ramifications of carryingemotional pain and heartache after living as a victim of emotional abuse. Donna talks candidly about her decade or more of her experiences, how she avoided addictions that so many of us succumb to, and how the emotional pain for her and her family could've been avoided. After 50 years of suffering from undiagnosed PTSD and Depression caused by multiple traumatic events as a child, Donna now loves life and feels happier than ever. A couple of years ago, she learnt that her life was NOT normal.Child victim of sexual abuse, which she blanked out until the age of 50. A silent victim observing both parents with alcohol abuse and gambling. A silent victim observing and hearing screams around domestic violence. Domestic violence victim herself as an adult. Her mother’s DV death was dealing with it & where closure took 40 years.Emotional abuse, rejection and abandonment from both parents.Repeat patterns over 40 years.Donna lived carrying the emotional ramifications unknowingly and accepting the heartache and rejection from those she loved. Now, with clarity and vision, Donna believes, if she knew how to release thehurt at 15, her journey would’ve been completely different, plus her children would’ve grown up knowing a happier woman. Her focus now is to help young people understand how to unlock thehappiness that’s hidden deep within and to change the trajectory of their life’s journey. She now lives life knowing that she is deserving of love and abundance.Connect with Donna:https://www.facebook.com/donna.maree.9638https://mydreambox.mePROMOTION:https://mydreambox.me/mydreambox/♥ ♥Book your spot on the podcast here: https://bit.ly/44V4HAYDonate to our fundraising efforts:https://www.mycause.com.au/p/259856/healing-through-love-pamper-day-eventEmail:hello@htlaustralia.orgWebsite:https://htlaustralia.orgFacebook:https://www.facebook.com/HTLAUSLinkedIn:https://www.linkedin.com/in/healing-through-love-global/SoundCloud:https://soundcloud.com/user-htl_australiaYouTube:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCS5YRR9kXQy3ydvmI5-1xQw#HealingThroughLovePodcast #DomesticViolenceAwareness #SurvivorStories #PamperDayEvents #TellingYourStory #BreakingTheSilence #VoiceAgainstViolence #HealingTips #EmpowermentAfterAbuse #StandAgainstDomesticViolence
