Erin Parsley shares her healing journey from being traumatized by a childhood filled with emotional, verbal, and sexual abuse. She overcame the shame, low self-esteem, numbness, and disassociation she experienced in her twenties by speaking out about her abuse and initiating a 2-year legal process. This was a vital part of her healing but not all that was necessary to address her mental and emotional issues.
