We can see or hear things that have happened to others, and we can minimise our experiences, feeling that they are not that bad - very easily - you may not even realise you are holding trauma in your body. You may not consciously be aware of any heaviness, however try this . . . think about the word SHAME or GUILT (there are many other trigger words) do you have a sensation anywhere in your body? (this feeling / sensation is trauma) Many people even hold trauma in their body form childhood. When bad things happen - we hold the burden of it in our body in nature, for instance, when a deer is chased by a lion and it gets away, you will see the deer shake its body - it is actually shaking off the trauma. Humans are not born with that skill, we store trauma in our body. It can over time, actually cause (create) illness in our body, not only that it can affect how you relate with others on a daily basis. My purpose and focus is to release trauma from your body and give you tools for living a more joyful life.Savitri specialises in removing trauma from your body, she is the founder of Joyful Living. A six month online zoom coaching program that releases trauma, that's collected along in the journey of life. Savitri also arms you with a self-care tool box to nurture, value and celebrate you!Connect with Savitri:Bejoyful Coach FB: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063317343154 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bejoyfulcoach/?hl=en LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/bejoyfulcoaching/ Personal FB: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php? id=1465387397OFFER:I am so delighted to offer each person - three free coaching sessions until the 1st of January 2023 so if you are watching the replay this year you won't miss out!
