Men Don't Know podcast
Clueless & Delusional
Cheers. I'm going to be like, "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on? What's going on?" "What's going on?" "What's going on?" What you did? I think a guy is more comfortable being alone than a girl. I mean, you hold on to this. I think so. I think- [cheers and applause] First floor, let's hold it to the Mendo No Podcast. I'm the man of many friends. You're hosting Creator Kris Boone here on the podcast. We talk with a bunch of guys. We ask a bunch of women questions over one of the podcast. [cheers and applause] Whether you're listening to it on Google Play, our radio spotify up in podcast soundcloud.pandoor, you downloaded that Mendo No Podcast app. I can't thank y'all enough. [cheers and applause] Merchures open. As always, hit me up on Instagram at MandoNo, Twitter at MandoNoOne. Shoot me name on Chris at MandoNo.com or hop on the MandoNo.com website and shoot me a message. [cheers and applause] Coy, my guy. That's how we're living. How we doing? And chilling, chilling. My question to you, and you know what, we talk about a lot of stuff off air, and I always like to bring it on air because of the fact that they turn into really good questions where we're having conversation and other people join into it, is in the relationship, who is delusional? Who is more delusional in the relationship? Man or woman? And then who's clueless? [laughs] I mean, sometimes one another can be both, but a lot of times it's like who is that? I mean, it can be both, depending on the type of relationship it is. Yeah, 100% If a guy thinks that he's going to be controlling her and he can do whatever he want in that. It just isn't worth that way, you know? Is that kind of delusional? Especially if they met. Okay, I could say she's delusional and think it could have worked. He's clueless to miss all the signs. Okay, so what about the other way? So she comes in, she can build, fix. Okay, that's delusional. That's delusional. Clueless is like, how could you not see? Yeah. Like clueless. You're missing everything. Like, he has a gun and a ski mask. What did you think he was going to do when he got in there? Bible? Yeah. Okay. So I feel like that's on the line of clueless. It is. You know? And so, you know, I feel like this question. It's a loaded question. Load a question. Do you always pertain more to women or men? This question. I mean, it depends on their past experience. Like, you ask a guy that, let's say this guy's been fucked or jaded or whatever. Of course, the girls are more delusional. They can't tell me what to do. He's clueless. Yeah. Then that means he's clueless. Clueless. You can't, you're one or the other, it seems like. You know? Yeah. I feel like, you know, like, and that's why I say you're, I'm not going to say when things don't work out, you know? Clueless are delusional, but I think, like, if you're staying and to see change or I know I can, yeah, hoping for change or I know I can fix this. So that means what? You could be delusional. Delusional. Yeah. Okay. If you're not listening to what she's saying and doing what she's asking, you're being clueless. If you're not listening to him and he's telling you, you are being clueless. If you are not seeing the actions, you're delusional. Mmm. You know? Or you're hoping for something. Yeah. You're hoping for the exact opposite, you know? Yeah. But especially if you know they're past you and you think you're going to be the one that. Yeah. I'm going to be the one that she changes for, he changes for, then it's like, is that delusion? Yeah, it's delusion. There you go. Yeah. Clueless is like. Doo doo doo doo. You know? Alicia Silverstone. Didn't say that. Did not say that. Stacey Dash. Did not say that. It's a classic, though, by the way. I just want to give you a heads up. It's a classic, by the way. All right. Let's call my sister and see what you got on this. Bring it up. [BEEP] [BEEP] [BEEP] [BEEP] [BEEP] Hey. Get up. You're laughing. What are you up to? [BEEP] [BEEP] You're laughing. What are you up to? [BEEP] You're laughing. [BEEP] [BEEP] [BEEP] [BEEP] Hey. Hey. Hey. Can you hear something a little muffled? First note. Hello? What are you on now? A little muffled. Hello. Okay. You're good. You're good. I'm fucking with you. All right. So quick question to you. In relationships, and I guess it definitely is different in relationships as coy would say, but let me ask you this. Sometimes who is delusional in the relationship, a man or a woman? Ooh. That's a good question. So honestly, it's just a parent. Okay. Let me ask you. Yeah. Were you delusional and you're clueless? I was more clueless in the relationship. You did so. [BEEP] Yeah. Yeah. I mean, think about that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It was cool. Yeah. It was cool. Yeah. I know for a fact I was clueless, but I mean, I've seen, you know, I mean, I just, the parents, I've seen delusional come from both sides. I've seen a delusional man. Yeah. Okay. All right. Okay. All right. My bad. Yeah. I mean, it happens for certain situations, you know, you're like, wait, what? Let me ask you this. And why do you think people become delusional or, yeah, in a relationship? Oh, I guess, I could speak. I'll speak for myself in my past relationship. Okay. I think I believe the person became delusional. One thing's really got like, it was already real. But once it got really real, because he, he really missed that. And he said, he said a lot of things while he was like, you know, like having a good time, a little tipsy, and I think he realized what he said. And that's when things change and all the delusions started to come out. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I was like thrown off. Damn, you were. Yeah. Okay. I think the fact, uh, I think the fact, I think, I think guys are more clueless. Like I feel like guys never fucking see the signs. I'll say it. I'll, I'll fucking say it. I know, I know women are clapping in this car. I, I think guys never fucking see the signs. I don't think we ever read a light, like see the highlights, see the lights beaming in the eyes. I think a lot of guys. Oh my God. Where are these men? I, I, I need to find these. These clueless men? No. I mean, not you. Not necessarily. Yeah. You dated some clueless. Like, and, and, and clueless. I mean, like, like you are actively telling the man to do something and you know, no, it's cool. Like she don't care. No, but you're fucking clueless. She absolutely doesn't care. In certain situations. Yeah, I have. I think, I honestly think it's, I don't know. I don't know. Let me start. Um. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Guys, guys do tend to be clueless. Yeah. Guys do tend to be cruel. Yeah. As coy will put a Stacy dash. Like I thought. I think I think guys get into a turp, an, an interpretation of, oh no, she don't care what I do. Like no, bro. She cares. Trust me. She just fed up with you not listening to her and just like whatever you're going to do what you want to do. Why? No. I mean, it could be hindsight is 20, 20 or it could be the fact that he's like, um, I don't plan to be here for long. So I really don't care. That's a different sign. Right. That's, that's not cool because you're just like, I don't care. He's right. Yeah. I know it's going to. I mean, we're creating her way out. Yeah. Creating a way out. I mean, yeah, that's deliberate. Uh, I, I asked this. We, we were grabbing drinks for the podcast. We were talking to the bartender and he said his buddy. Yeah. Was clueless. She was giving him all the signs, telling them she was, he wasn't happy. She wasn't happy. They were married 15 years. Let them do whatever. And to the point is like, he said she let him, she, she, I get to do whatever I want. I mean, I'm pretty sure she didn't want you to do it, but she knew she couldn't stop you. So it was to the point where we're like, oh, you're absolutely fucking clueless. If you don't understand. And if she's checked out already, he didn't see it. Yeah. He didn't see it. And then, you know, and then what happened? He, she ends up cheating on him and she gets caught. Now. If she didn't know how to get out of the marriage, I think she got caught on purpose. Of course. I mean, yeah, after a while, she just didn't care. But I mean, sometimes it really just depends because you can tell someone, everything that you want. And this, this is why I said, like, with my, with my former relationship, I was the coolest one because I had said everything I wanted and it was slowly happening until things changed and filled, until there was a miss up on his part. Then all of a sudden, you started being delusional, like, oh, I didn't know this is what you wanted. Oh, like, it was, it was crazy. I was like, what's up, like, what is going on here? So that's what I'm saying. So I, yeah, I see it happens. Like it sometimes happens both ways where the guys like, wait, I'm doing every single thing that you ask. And then the girl or the other person is like, oh, but I, I didn't ask that. Like, yeah, that's what I wanted before, but that's not what I want now. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. She is delusional. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Now you're delusional, honey. And I've seen that to where I'm just, and it's happened to like one of my friends where I was like, wait, what? That's not what you told me before. And I'm thinking like, poor dude. Happens quickly. It happens quickly. It does. It really, it really does. It does happen very, very quick. And it's a, that person to, um, you know, to get out really, you are dependent on. Let me, let me ask you this. Let me ask you this too. And 15 years and he was always saying, I could do whatever I want. She doesn't care. When did she check out Nina in your opinion? 15 years. When do you think she checked out? In 15 years. Yeah, no kids and they don't have any kids and yeah, when do you think she checked out? She, I feel like she started to check out probably your seven. God. Yeah. You're seven. Yeah. You're seven. Can I ask you a question? Why do y'all stay? Why do y'all stay for so long? Do you know what I can honestly say because it happened to me. I know. I know. I asked mine. I asked myself the same question, but I stayed because it's like, um, when you talk to like, you're at that time, of course, you're a significant other, you're a significant other. It's like they change for a moment. But the problem is, is that you kind of have it ingrained in your head like, oh, you know, it's so hard to find someone else. I mean, trust me, I, I was in the same boat of, oh, um, I just heard it like it's so hard to find someone. You have to start over. You might as well say. And so you believe the delusion. That is delusional. There's trillions of people in this world. There's at least a thousand for you and you haven't met those thousand people yet. So it's not until that's why I said year seven. And then you, then you wake up, like something just wakes you up and you're like, wait, what, what in the world? And then that's when you're like, if you don't know how to break up with someone, you're like, okay, no, I'm, I'm going to do what I want to do. And if he doesn't like it, wow. And then you start doing it. And she started, so she already started doing the things that she wanted to do. And she didn't get caught. She just didn't care. Cause women are very, very, very crafty. Oh, we know. Women are very crafty when it comes to, yeah. Like, dude. We're, we're really crafty guys. I'm sorry. Not so much. Like, we were like, oh, like, I, I could feel so fucking thirsty. Like, like, all the time, like, we just, like, man, like God just, like, there's that. Like, there's, we just look desperate. I'm not. I don't feel like you guys are desperate. I'm on social media. Me. Oh, I'm social media. Yeah. But you could be whomever you want on social media. We still see. We know. We know. We know. On the burner account. You can't with no profile picture. You know, you'll be Superman. Yeah. All right, Nina. We're going to let you go. I got to let you go. I appreciate you. Okay. Bye. See you here. Bye. And. Let's go for your spell. Tea. Delusions. But also a sprinkle of hope. Yeah. Hope. Delusion. All the above. Hello. Hey, what up? How's everything? Good. How are you? Good. I'm here with Koi Koi. Say what's up, Miss K? That's okay. What's going on? Not much. Living the dream. Yeah. I love it. All right. Question for you today. In a relationship, who is more delusional, a man or a woman? Speak from experience, though. Hmm. Females. Oh, wow. I told you. Thousand percent. I'm going to lie. Why? We get like love. Like we get like those rose colored glasses on our eyes. And we're just like, oh. Yeah. They have. Yeah. We live in Dululu Island. Thousand percent. Dululu Island. They have hard eyes. Damn. They put you on a. Wow. How does it? Okay. Let me ask you this. Why? Um. I don't. Speak from experience. I feel like at least for me, I just so badly just wanted to like. When I wanted to like just believe in like the person, I guess, I don't know. There's more so of like, I was in love with the idea, but not really like the person. So I like was delusional about that because I wanted like the. Yeah. I can imagine. I mean, they might be saying all the right things too. Yeah, but then you have to like. See if their action backs it up. Yeah. Gotta make sure. Yeah. Yeah. They gotta do. But I mean, I guess in a sense of everything and what we're talking about. Why? Like, I mean, I don't know. I'm not saying there's like a good reason to be delusional. It just happens. It just happens. Yeah. Like sometimes it's just easier. To be delusional from past experience, then to really like. Put the pieces together and be like, okay. Do you feel like men are clueless? No, I think men pretend to be clueless. Okay. Because you guys get away with that so much. Uh huh. Because again, females are into that delusion of we more so romanticize the idea of something. Right. So we're delusional in it and you guys. Are really good talkers. You guys are. And I think I think I think a past generation was. I don't think this generation. Oh, yeah. No. No. I don't think anybody in their 20s has game. And if they do, they got an older brother and OG that is that is showing them the ropes. But I don't think anybody in their 20s has that. I'll say it. I'm I'm confident enough to say that if you weren't. An eighties late. You got to be late late. Like like nine nine and even that's a question. But no, early. I feel like anything past ninety five like after ninety five. Yeah. Yeah. Thanks. Thanks. I like that. I'm. Yeah. Are they using AI though to respond to text? A hundred percent. Probably they're using. I have told. I have had people. Like I have a twenty three year old brother. And he has what did told me. Like sometimes I don't know how to respond. So I put it into. Wow. AI or whatever. And I'm like, I look at him and I'm like, who are you? No, no. It's real ladies. You still got to meet up. Yeah, sooner or later. Yeah, sooner or later. You got to have that face to face. And that's what I always tell everybody. That face to face will crush you. Right. So many people live through their phones or computers or screens these days. To where it's like when do they. I pull up. I'm trying to hang. Hey, I always tell people. People. People call me delusional. Yeah, people call me delusional. Yeah, people call me delusional. Let's hang out. Okay, cool. Let's go. Let's go somewhere for the weekend. Let me see if I can spend the night with you. Let me see. Yeah. Because sooner or later. If it's not real, you're going to slip up and I'm going to. And I'm going to catch that. Yeah. And I'm going to. And I'm like, I can hold up my. Oh, I can hold up my. Cause you want to know why I don't need to allow you want to know why? Cause I don't have time to remember. It's too much work. And I have really good at lying and I would look at him sometimes and I'd be like, isn't that exhausting? Yeah. Is it that exhausting? You got to keep it up. Keep it up. Hey, you got to remember it. You got to die with the law. I can't remember like what I freaking wore yesterday. So if I'm going to make something up, you think I'm going to fucking remember that? No, I'm just going to be. I'm just going to be fucking honest and I'm going to look you in your face and people most of the time are like, why are you so mean? I'm not mean. I'm not honest. I said that. Yeah. I'm being honest. Like, I guess, and that's the part where men are clueless. Like I didn't see it coming. Bro. Okay. Uh, another question because we're talking to a guy. We're talking to the bartender about this, uh, earlier today about this question. He told us a story of a couple, his friends, they married 15 years. And. Sounds horrible already. Oh, gosh. Damn. You don't. See, I have another question to follow. See, that, that brings me to another question. But let me finish this question. They're married 15 years and he was always saying, Oh, she can do whatever she wants. She lets, uh, uh, she, she's a, you know, she left me do whatever I want. I can. What does that mean? Like he got out and hang out with the boys whenever he wants, come home late. She don't care. And let me ask you this. Of course, he was fucking clueless because she was telling them all everything she wanted and he was never doing it. The 15 years in, let me ask you this, she ended up cheating. And that's how their marriage got dissolved. When do you think she was checked out? Easy. I would say easy answer at least two years before. Oh, okay. Give me the heart out. Heart out. Heart answer. What? Heart answer? Lila, you said easy answer two years. Give me the, give me the, give me the, the, the, the, not sure if it were me answer. Okay. Do they have kids? No. No. If no kids, and they're just been married for 15 years, it probably was less than that. Probably like six months to a year. Oh, really? You think she waited that long to get a heart? Okay. Interesting. Yes. Because I feel like, and it's going off like personal experience and knowing what my friends have gone through, females will, will literally, if they love that man, will go through every single scenario to be like, I fucking tried everything before being like, I gave it my all. I did anything and everything to try to fix this, to communicate, to do whatever. And he's still not getting it. Then I can just be okay walking away because I know I did it all. On my end, if I can sleep at night knowing I gave it 110% and I tried everything, then I'm done. I'm gone. At that point, it's easy. But you stayed longer. You stayed because you give them the opportunity to ask her. You express yourself. Tied it. And he's just being clueless, so. He just doesn't, he didn't think after all that time that she would leave probably. Got it. Yeah. Interesting. Let me ask you this, you're looking for, would you, would you, would you get married again? No. Not legally. Not legally. Could we like live like husband and wife? Yes. Would I ever legally do it again? No. I don't see the point and my divorce took longer than how long I was married. Do I trouble? Okay. I hate that. Why does the government need to know about what I'm doing, what you're doing and have a say in what we do? Yeah, right. Yeah. Fair enough. I guess now let me ask you this. You're trying to be in a relationship or just catch a vibe? Relationship. I'm more of a relationship person, not a vibe person. Okay. Fair enough. Fair enough. Fair enough. But do you, do you understand the difference? Okay. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Here we go. No, no, no, no. This is the question before. Go ahead. Like if marriage really meant something to my person, I would legally be married if there was a prenup done before so I don't even care if I'm like a millionaire. I don't care as long as we are going into this with an understanding of this is what we both have and this is yes, then I would feel more comfortable legally being married. Let me put it that way. And don't normally see that side, but true. Wait, what? Usually the guys that say that, yeah, a hundred percent. I feel like because men are more logical and I feel like women to be more logical not emotional and logically speaking, if we already know that statistic wise, now it's like 60% of marriages end in divorce. So why not just prepare myself for God forbid nothing will happen, but God forbid let's go into this in a loving agreement instead of ending on a bitter note and it being drug out for years that way, if we're ever either one not comfortable, not happy, not whatever, we already feel comfortable and have agreed upon what will happen. So that doesn't have to hang over anybody's head that takes emotion out to a hundred percent. Yeah. All right, all right, we're going to let you go, Miss Kay. I will see you shortly. I know. I'm so excited. All right. Take it easy. Bye. All right. Bye. Later. Man, that's true. I like it. All right. Let's get out of here. First of all, I want to thank everybody for listening with you.
