(upbeat music) Thursday, April 17th. Big blue nation was shaking, Ritchie lands a check-in in for another edition of The Flexintons. Been a little bit of a minute now, but we back. Gonna update you on everything since the last pod, last to speak on, obviously, cause basketball tournament is over. We'll speak on that. Updates on the UK roster, of course, we'll speak on that. WNBA draft has happened. We'll speak on that and we'll finish with NBA. Now going somewhat in chronological order, we'll start with the final four. Duke Houston, Auburn, Florida. Not gonna go too deep in this weeks past. However, Duke really blew it, y'all. They really blew it. And yes, I was not really objective at all picking Houston over Duke. If I had a gun to my head, I probably would've chosen Duke for sure. I mean, top two best Ken Palm season of all time. All top three spots belonging to Duke. The 2015 Kentucky is fourth. And that kind of blows my mind with all the blowouts that we had that year in particular. I'm not really mad that we aren't number one. It just more so things that Duke has the top three spots, which is not good. But they haven't won in over a decade. And they blew it this year. Multiple lottery picks, efficient team, great schedule. I mean, they had a great year, but it means nothing because no teams are remembered. Unless they win and or at least make it to the chip, which Duke did not do, everyone. Every media narrative giving Cooper flag all the flowers, all these awards prematurely, basically calling it a lock, which would make this the best freshman season of all time. And I'm not hearing none of that. Even if you think that AD is two and not one, that's fine. Carmelo Anthony had an amazing freshman year as well, getting the chip with Syracuse similar to Anthony Davis.
