In this episode of The 4 Opinions, we’re talking about the everyday decision to choose yourself—your peace, your growth, your boundaries, and your emotional well-being. But choosing you also means becoming intentional about choosing your tribe.
Who pours into you? Who drains you? Who celebrates your growth instead of competing with it? Who can correct you with love, hold you accountable, pray with you, laugh with you, and still allow you the freedom to evolve?
Everybody can’t have unlimited access to you simply because they have history with you.
Mental healthiness is personal—but it isn’t always meant to be maintained alone. Choose you. Choose your peace. And choose people who help you become healthier, not heavier.

It's Saturday, don't wanna play, just get on, okay, Cubare, you love that, that's a nice beat though, when you put that to it. Yeah, I like that beat. Uh huh. Good morning, Walter. We need to make a song. Right. It's morning, good morning, Walter Cubare Banks Jr. Good morning, good morning, good morning, good morning, they said the oldest, no, the OG, what's up? Hey, hey, good morning, Twin City. Y'all are in such a good mood, let me tell you something, I woke up last night, I was like, okay, this weather, we had, what, 70, 80 last week, right Walter? Uh, here we go with this one. Yeah, yeah. And then that's been like 30s, 20s, so I did turn the temperature down in the house, right? You know? Snow suits, the bathing suits. Snow suits, you made them suit, back to snow suits. I'm gonna say you can go back to the same switch and turn it back up. Right, but then it's like, I don't know, like I'm not gonna mess with it, like, okay, it's gonna stay in one thing and like, okay, I got the heated blankets and all that stuff, so last night I put the heated blanket on, and I just went to sleep, I was feeling so good, I was, ooh, and my phone, she was roasting herself, and my phone was underneath the blanket, and my, when I woke up, my phone was like temperature too hot, the phone was so hot, I was like, oh my God, but shout out to Theo, he always got my back, I said, Theo, get in right now, set up, make sure the microphone is together, I'll be in there, so I'm here. And we all together. And then I took that extra two minutes for my coffee, I could not go anywhere without my coffee. Oh, so you was late for some coffee. Coffee. Coffee, coffee. For Joe, I like that.
