Mental health isn't just about diagnosis. It's about the daily battles nobody applauds. The tears you cry when nobody is watching. The sleepless nights. The overthinking. The loneliness in crowded rooms. The pressure of being everything to everybody while feeling like you're losing yourself. We often think mental health only matters when someone reaches a breaking point, but the truth is, untreated stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional exhaustion can quietly impact every area of your life long before anyone notices.

When your mental health is struggling, it can affect, your decision making , realtionships , lifestyles and more.

What I want to know is how are you feeling this morning? You got out there, Kyle? Oh, me? No, I'm still as a boy when the weather changes like this and it goes from rain to where you think it's going to snow, but then the sun comes out and it gets cloudy again and it gets cold. Man. Your body with arthritis creates some body aches. And so when I leave from here, I'm going to go jump into some jacuzzi. That's what it's called, jacuzzi. Yeah, on my block, it's just a tub with some hot water and some Epsom salt. The black koozy. There you go, there you go. Good morning, I just, you know, I saw you get up to, I mean, I don't know where age I'm going to start getting responsible. Last night was Halloween. I woke up this morning like, Oh, I need you. Last night, I had the opportunity to do the music over at the Minnesota Music Cafe for a zap and it was quite amazing. You don't call me and let me know. Well, I had something to do anyway, but yeah, well, you wasn't going anywhere. You didn't even call me back. I talked called you three times. I was downtown. I was like, I'm about to call Walter. We need some just turkey. We had that in a long time. We used to, you know, I'm bad at you because you always used to feed me. No, listen, no, no. When I called you back, I said, Did you check the message you sent me? That was not what you said in that message. I miss those days. The first days when I first started working here over almost nine years, ten years. I used to eat so good. I think I gained like 20 pounds. Well, that wasn't my fault. That was. But good morning, everybody. We just so happy to be here. It was kind of different. It was dark this morning. So I'm like, yeah, what time is it? It looked like it looked like it might be a storm on us. Yeah, yeah. I saw that too. Yeah. But that's why I got these body aches. I can tell you something. I can tell you something in the air. Yeah, I can tell this morning. I'm like, Walter, you usually up in here with the music blast. And I had to come here and set up. That was unusual for me. But anyway, good morning, everybody. It is November 1st and you know, the Sagittarius with Scorpio season. But you know, the Sagittarius that are, you know, we have Sagittated and our month has arrived. And I'm excited. November 30th, my birthday. November 30th. Have you made plans already? We ain't going to be talking about that because we could jump right into the rant because I am really. Go ahead and get into your rant. I don't even think I'm doing nothing for my birthday. But sometimes even not doing nothing is doing something. I don't know. I say anybody that love me, they don't reach out to me and I just have an individual dinner with everybody. Whatever. They don't gain me PTSD. I'm over it. Post-traumatic stress. I don't know. I've been dying for myself. But anyway, we go ahead. So I don't know. I'll let y'all know if I'm going to do something. Six, one, two, three, seven, seven, three, four, five, six. We are actually starting out with our rant. We also give you guys an opportunity to call in and let us know what your rant today is before we get to the topic. So I had one last night. I was just like, you know, I at this big age because I was at this big age because I'm trying to figure out what we are. People our age going backwards or whatever. But you know, if you cannot drink responsibly, please do not drink. There's nothing worse than I could stand. It's a belligerent drunk.
