Moments before we went live, the Secretary of State for Maine issued a decision disqualifying Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot in the state of Maine. The Secretary of State said it was not a decision that she reached lightly, but by applying the law of the 14th Amendment Section 3, it was the only decision that could be made. You will break down this monumental decision. Meanwhile, the second Circuit Court of Appeals denied Donald Trump's attempt to stay the Eugene Carroll case from going to trial next month. Trump is terrified getting hit with a Rudy Giuliani-sized judgment in the defamation case that starts mid-January, will be covering that trial here on the Midas Touch Network. Also, Lauren Boebert has ditched her congressional district. She is leaving Colorado's 3rd congressional district, which is a plus nine Republican district to run in Colorado's 4th. The seat which was previously held by Ken Buck, who specifically left Congress because the Republican Party has now turned into the party of Lauren Boebert's and Marjorie Taylor Green's and Mago Weirdos who hate democracy. Now, I think back to the interview we did here on the Midas Touch Network with President Biden in Pueblo, Colorado, a few weeks back where President Biden called out Lauren Boebert at a windmill factory in her own congressional district. In retrospect, how significant was that interview when it also seems to mark an important moment where we've been seeing President Biden's momentum begin, because I remember all those reports right around that time period we'll discuss. Also, disgusting, Donald Trump smells badly.
