and I believe someone had called on the Supreme Court to do this exact thing. We need the Supreme Court to step in and stop this. This has become complete mayhem. And if they don't start looking at these decisions and as the highest court in this country, as the arbiter of law, the ultimate arbiter of the Constitution, the people that are supposed to enforce our bedrock, if they don't start doing it, which thank goodness they are, we have some law and order hopefully soon. Well, wouldn't you know, I've got a great solution for you, Alina Haba. Special counsel Jack Smith filed a petition directly to the United States Supreme Court asking them to hear Donald Trump's appeal on the issue of absolute presidential immunity. So if you want the Supreme Court to step in, if you want the Supreme Court to stop this, maybe you stipulate and agree with special counsel Jack Smith that this is something the Supreme Court should hear on certiorari. Oh, wait a minute, you mixed up your talking points, Alina Haba, trying to act all tough because we all know what Donald Trump is going to file before the United States Supreme Court on December 20th, when his responses do after the Supreme Court granted the motion to expedite briefing on whether or not certiorari or oral argument on the issue of absolute presidential immunity should be granted and whether that should go before the Supreme Court. But I expect on December 20th, Donald Trump's going to argue that the Supreme Court should not hear this. I suspect Donald Trump's going to do what he always does, delay, delay, delay. This was part of a longer interview that Alina Haba did with Fox. And again, it was quite embarrassing like all of our interviews. Here she is saying that this case went before a district court judge. I think she's referring to Judge Tanya Chutkin in Washington, D.C. in the federal criminal case for Donald Trump's attempt to overthrow the results of the 2020 election. And Haba goes, this was in front of a judge who's very bipartisan, her incredible bipartisan decisions. And that's true. But Alina Haba is just mixing up words and just watch what she says here. But I'm sure Judge Chutkin would be thankful. Yes, they are bipartisan decisions. What is even a bipartisan decision? I think she means partisan, but who even refers to decisions like they do or play this clip. And then they just modify it, put it in a different court, put it in front of a judge in D.C. or that we think has shown us incredible bipartisan decisions. She's had people on J6 cases that are still sitting there waiting for trial. She has the hardest line when it comes to decisions. And this is all by design. Again, I'm going to sound like a broken record, but it's all by design. They don't care about due process. They don't care about the election. They don't care about the Constitution. This is the problem that we're having. And they really need to put their robes and the law in front of their politics. And then Alina Haba reveals the strategy. You see, it's Trump, the victim, and Alina Haba goes, Oh, you know, the voters really like they love that Trump's a victim. They love that he's a victim now. Play the clip. So I keep hold up in a courtroom. Right. Right. It's actually playing against them. He's getting a lot of voters that he normally wouldn't get because they're seeing this and he is the victim all of a sudden. They've made him a victim of complete and utter election interference and law fair. It's, you know, when Alina Haba's not out there partying with Kimberly Guilfoyle at Mar-a-Lago and posting pictures of herself and Kimberly Guilfoyle, you know, she's giving these speeches at these Trump events. She's now a fixture at the kind of QAnon events, these right-wing weirdo events, the awakening this and the that and all of these things. And then she has this like act that she does. It's like horrific stand up, the worst stand up ever. And she does that thing where she like goes around the stage and goes, you know, I'm going to tell you this. You want me to tell you this? So there's one clip that's circulating on right wing TikTok. And this is amassing so many views. And it's Alina Haba talking about all of the cases that she's lost, not just lost, lost disastrously, like sanctioned
