Donald Trump puts out a statement demanding the Constitution be terminated. And Republicans seem to support it. Republican leader Kevin McCarthy says the GOP will now go after Facebook and Google and other private companies during the next congressional term because Twitter did not host Hunter Biden genital photographs in October 2020 going on. The Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg brings on a new top prosecutor into the DA's office to investigate Donald Trump's crimes, injecting new life back into those criminal investigations and Rudy Giuliani appeared before a Washington DC legal disciplinary panel seeking to revoke his law license for his participation in frivolous lawsuits in the 2020 election. And as always is the case with Rudy, things got weird, he wore like three different words. Oh, man, oral arguments took place in the oral arguments took place in the Supreme Court on Monday in a case involving a Colorado company that makes websites for weddings, but refuses to make websites for LGBTQ plus weddings and the radical right wing justices on the Supreme Court just seem okay and unfazed by this discrimination by this company will break down what transpired during oral arguments and the Georgia Senate run-offs will take place on Tuesday, December 6th, which as of the day of this live recording, we are just one day away from those run-offs. So you can vote for Senator Raphael Warnock, who not only is sane, but is a great candidate or the MAGA Republican Herschel Walker, who doesn't even seem to know the position that he's running for. I actually think he's running. He thinks he thinks he's running for the House of Representatives. He said he's running for the House and gas prices are falling rapidly in the United States. Surprise surprise. After the midterm elections and the collusion with foreign powers, stop the prices went down. This and so much more to cover on the Midas Touch podcast, Brett. Sometimes when I talk about these topics at the outset, I say we are not living in a simulation, but we have a situation where the leader of the Republican Party calls for the termination of the Constitution. This is the Constitution. Kevin McCarthy goes, we are going to read each and every word of it. Meanwhile, the leader saying we should terminate the Constitution, all rules and laws and regulations and spread. What in the world? I don't know. It's like, you know, Jordi, by the way, for people who didn't listen to the last episode, Jordi is on his honeymoon. That's why he's not here. We didn't kick him off the show, so don't worry. We miss him very much. But as Jordi would say, I'm going to channel Jordi here. Every time you read these headlines, it sounds like MAGA bad lips. We just look in the most bizarre universe where all these stories come in and you're like, what the heck is going on? And these MAGA Republicans with Kevin McCarthy being just the weakest of them all, so desperate for power and to be the leader, trying to gaslight, lie to the American public at every turn, trying to just make everything a show. Everything is just a show with them. It's a WWE style show. And so it read the worst show. No, I show that nobody wants to watch, but you have McCarthy just was it last week or two weeks ago saying, and we as the Congress, we are going to actually read the constant constitution on the floor. You know, they did this stunt before, and they always end up leaving out parts of the Constitution that they don't like when they read it. Did you even know that Ben? Like last time they left out parts about slavery from the Constitution, they left that out completely when they were reading the Constitution. They like to like hide parts of America. The Constitution read is way too woke there. I mean, how dare the Constitution address like the 13th Amendment and the 14th Amendment. Every other amendment bred for the Republicans other than the Second Amendment is just too freaking woke. Okay. Yeah. Well, well, the part that they refuse to read, the thing that they didn't want to read was the three fifths clause that said that black Americans were counted as three fifths of a person in the original Constitution. They want to hide that part of history the same way they want to ban part of our history textbooks and not tell people the truth about
