Kent Non-League Podcast - Episode 222

The FA Cup takes centre stage this week as we speak to two men who guided their sides into the next round - and continued perfect starts to the season in the process. Rusthall, who only stayed up on the final day last season, are top of the early SCEFL table and saw off Ramsgate in a cup upset on Saturday - Rustics boss Jimmy Anderson talks us through that win and explains why he thinks they have started the new season so well. It was a third 3-2 win in a row for Beckenham Town as they beat K Sports to progress in the Cup, and assistant boss Billy Walton discusses that win and why the Becks have been able to hit the ground running after their promotion to the Isthmian League. We've got all the rest of the action and news from across the county, including a club sadly having to withdraw from the SCEFL, and we look ahead to a packed bank holiday of action. Plus we discuss our first FA Cup memories (inspired by our chat with Billy), water slides, Kentish coastal towns and lots more besides.
