It is amazing how our bodies keep the score. Lesley Cain is a wife, mom, and narcissistic abuse survivor. For years, she rationalized toxic relationships and dysfunctional environments, in an effort to find connection, purpose, success, and peace. Falling for lies, fake opportunities, and empty promises, wasting her time, talents, and money. It took a toll on her mental health (Hello, CPTSD!); and it almost cost her, her life.
Lesley Cain is a Master Certified Health Coach, Certified Trauma Support Specialist, wife, mom, plant-based holistic health enthusiast, and narcissistic abuse survivor. She is the host of a top 2% ranked podcast, The Vibrant Survivor. Lesley helps survivors to heal after narcissistic abuse. She wants survivors to transform into thrivers, by disconnecting from dysfunctional relationships and prioritizing their health and wellbeing. Lesley believes that when we take a holistic approach, we will break cycles of abuse, heal trauma, live intentionally, and fulfill our purpose!
