You're listening to the 2020 for holiday special episode. Your host, the sleep braille says demon will take us through this year's five most listened episodes. Enjoy. What was that? An elf? If you're going to hang around elf, make yourself useful and cue my intro music. Much better. Noah was too busy listening to the Thanksgiving song by Adam Sandler for the 100th time to record this week. So he left me in charge of this year's holiday episode. Don't forget about me, I'm here to help you just as if you were Santa. First up, we take a look back the episode intelligently titled "The Appylation Trail" is haunted AF where Morgan tells us about the mimic that continues to stalk her and her husband. I just know that there's stuff in the woods here that I cannot explain, hearing that hey. And I've caught that on camera too, like I was walking on my parents farm outside and I just heard the hey and it sounded like my husband. So I've heard this before, but hearing it in my own voice was really weird and I cannot believe I caught it on camera. I don't think anyone would have believed me. Some people still don't. It's fine. But yeah, I know hey around the woods here, seeing strange deer. I don't know how to describe the deer. It's like something looks off about them. They kind of have like a blank stare, they won't walk away from you, I hope you're just not acknowledged them, things like that, it's mostly deer being creeps is what I've gathered. One video that really struck me that where you were talking about the whistling phenomenon because that's something that we heard from different people in different cultures, talk about whistling and spirits and hauntings. Can you tell us how that applies to what you've experienced? So these things in the woods, it's best to not let them know exactly where you are and a good way to let them know where you are is to do a high pitch sound like whistling. So that's why it's avoided around here, because you're just telling it right where you are. And something else I've seen from other people who are in an area that's near the Appalachian Trail or whatnot, they talk about not looking out the window at night. Can you tell us about that? Because I know you've spoken about that on your channel as well. Yeah, it's so kind of like the weird deer, it's to not see things like that. And there's a saying, it's like, don't look out because the trees may look back at you. Just like the things that kind of, I know, I know someone said in one of my comments and I've said it constantly, it's like, don't look at all trees because they're not all your friends. And I was like, thanks, I'll never sleep again. Why is that? Oh my gosh. Wow. Yeah, it's things like that. What is like the fear around trees? These creatures can make themselves look like trees. They can really make themselves look like anything, but they gravitate for the deer in trees. Oh, maybe a tree looks off and it's not a tree and you shouldn't be looking at it. They're called Wendigo. Oh, okay. Skinwalkers. Yeah. I've got you. Skinwalkers are like more on the west coast, but sometimes it hurts here. Yeah, I think that's like associated with like the like Navajo people are. Exactly. Yeah. Can you walk us through the story specifically where you did whistle when you were trying to find your dog and just take us through the events that unfolded? That was horrifying. Yeah, I was at my parents house and we were sitting out on their porch. And I was trying to get their dog's attention. So I whistled and immediately I was like, Oh, God. So everything's fine. We hear noises like the screeching type noises and we leave. I feel something watching me like like I said, they live on a farm. So surrounded by woods and I feel something watching me. And as we're driving away, me and my husband, something is just mimicking a whistle. Like I did some sort of like sing-songy whistle. I can't describe it now and I don't want to do it. That's not hard. That's what I'm saying. Just do it now. No, I'm just kidding. Traumatizing. You just see it burst through the wall like a cool like man. Yeah. Oh my God. It would be great video for us if you could do that. We would all be set for life like you guys more than me because I'd be dead. But no, we just heard this whistle and my husband heard it too. And it just kind of like surrounded us in a car through these woods and it just essentially chased us until we were out of the woods. And I didn't sleep that night. And when you hear that, does it immediately or like what kind of emotion comes through you? Is it fear? Like how do you immediately feel? A guttural primal fear. Yeah. It's like, yeah, you know something is wrong. Even if you don't really know what's going on, I feel like you would know. And it's the thought that people who experience that, that they're being preyed upon or that it just wants them out of the area or does anybody even know? There's a lot of different theories. There's one that you're a snack. And then there's another one that it's taking you to become like one of them. Anything. It's a snack. JJ, we know you're a snack. So you'd be in trouble. I'm the whole mill. They can't handle me. We really sound like elder millennials. Oh, what do they call it? Like millennial cringe, geriatric millennials. Oh, yeah. Oh, my God. Well, Morgan, that sounds terrifying. So yeah, let's go back to the hay because that is something that I've heard about. And I have never actually heard it. And I don't know how I don't know if any people have heard it. We'll we'll kind of key in that video after you kind of describe what happens. But can you talk to us about the origin of you experiencing that and then kind of lead up to you actually capturing it on video? Which time? Oh, goodness. Okay. Well, I saw the time I saw it on video was when you're sitting in what appears to be a bedroom and the camera's facing a door and you hear it saying, Hey, hey, okay. Yeah, that was that was in my kitchen. But yeah, no, people, I don't there was a lock bar up in that video and everyone was like, are you bolted into your bedroom right now? Do you mean? That's what I thought. I was like, man, she really is. It is haunted there. It's just a backdoor and I live in a scary neighborhood. And no, so I you just kind of like, I hear things talking sometimes. Sometimes I captured on video, but my husband had heard from outside, like right before I'd came down or the night before he heard what he thought was me at the door and he knew to ignore it. That's what you're supposed to do is ignore it. So he didn't even tell me and the next day it happened to me and I told him and I showed him the video and he was like, yeah, I heard that is so casually and I was like, do you help? But yeah, I'd went into the kitchen. I think to get my iPad so I could research some stuff to film. And yeah, I just heard it coming from the back door and I was like filming it. This is terrifying. And did that feel validating to capture that on camera? It did until like within like 10 comments, people were like, nice Bluetooth speaker and I was like, I can't win. It's very interesting to see and hear, but of course there's always that side of any of the stuff, even just talking about it. So you capture that on on camera, you know, you get this audio recording, did that seem to affect the volume of instances that you were experiencing or did it have any effect at all? Where is the piece of wood? Knock on wood. Nothing's happened since. So it didn't affect this one, but sometimes it has. And JJ, I'm curious if you had to be haunted at your home, would you rather have visual apparitions that you could kind of see or would you rather just have stuff you hear from time to time visual? I just like heard someone saying, Hey, I don't think it would even like register in my mind that that could be something paranormal. I would just be like, what the fuck's that noise or like, or like who's out there doing that? Like it would just annoy me. It was visual. Even if it was terrifying, at least I would be like, Oh, okay, that was something paranormal. That just happened. Well, it's interesting that you say that because Morgan experienced something. It wasn't the Hey necessarily, but she does, you know, this thing seems to be have some ability to mimic and it kind of took over as if it was your husband. Can you tell us about that when you thought somebody was in the home with you? It's done that so many times, and I've captured it on camera. And I think the creepiest time was it was back on that freaking farm. I swear to God, I don't know why I keep going back, but we were in that old house and I was trying to show some dolls that I found under the stairs, which is another story. But behind me, you can just see what looks like my husband crouched down. And at the same time, my husband was outside trying to film the front of the house and you can see me walk by filming. So like, you know, it's not him and I cannot watch that clip anymore because I get nauseous. So that is that the video where you see the house in the distance and there's clearly something to our like, if you're viewing it, our right, and then you see what also looks kind of like a head poke through like the screen door, like that area. Is that that same video? No, I still have no idea what that was. That's a different video. How many videos do you have of this stuff happening? That's wild. A lot. A lot. Which I'm always filming. So stuff happens around me. It's not shocking, but I keep capturing it. But the more I capture, the more fake it looks. So I also hate it because it's how is so much happening to one person? And I feel like that's why it keeps happening to me because it's not being valid anymore. Well, I want to hear about what was captured in that video with the house and the background, but can you tell us specifically the story when you're, it's your husband, right? Yeah. When your husband was at the gym and you thought somebody was in the home and he like rushed home from the gym? Yeah, I heard someone downstairs like completely and he just, he wasn't here. He just was not here. And I was positive and then I was someone broke in because it was so loud. Just stuff is stomping and I recorded the stomping and it sounds like someone with heavy Tim's like it sounded like his heavy ass Tim's stomping through my house and it just wasn't. How do you live in that house? How are you not going? Just going out of your mind. I would be so afraid all the time. I think it's happened so much that I just deal with it because it has happened since I was little and I'm, but it's, it's not the house. It's the me. It's like I could move anywhere and it would still happen. So you feel like you're kind of a magnet for the activity? Yeah. Definitely. Unfortunately. The video that I spoke about earlier with building in the background, is that your home or is that from the farm area or where is that from? No, that's, that's the house. That's like falling apart on the farm. Okay. That's in a townhouse. Okay. And, and so that house, can you kind of set up what you were doing and what it looks like in that video? So I was filming skits up there, which again, invalidates it, but my husband was on the other side of the house and I was just trying to wait for him to come into frame and something else came into frame before he did. And yeah, I think what you mean, it looked like something popped its head out of the screen door. I have no idea what that was either. So it was like two different things. When did you realize that you had captured something in that video? As far as I can tell, it's not like they were making sounds or something. Were you just reviewing footage or like, how did that work? Yeah, I actually did hear something, something whistled and I looked up, like you can see in the video, I kind of like look out because I thought it was my husband and I was about to rip him a new one because we're outside the woods. Yeah, I looked up for that and then I went back to review the footage and yeah, it was just in frame and I was like, holy shit, that they always see it's back to me. I have never seen this thing's face and it's always wearing a flannel, which my husband always wears a flannel. So, but yeah, I always see it's back to me and I didn't capture it on camera until up at the farm that day when I heard something say, hey, and I just pan around and it's just beside me and I didn't see it in the laughter. Oh my gosh, yeah, that's creepy. And do you have a belief of what that entity is or like, what is inspiring it? I mean, there's so many people have so many different, you know, we've been interviewing people for like four years now. I mean, there's so many different thoughts when it comes to the supernatural. Do you have a specific thought of why this thing seems to be attached to you? So with mimics, I think it's either wanting to replace someone or get close to someone. And I think it's trying to get close to me for what I don't know. This has been going on for years, but it's like each thing that happens. It's more powerful, like it's talking more or I'm seeing more like I had a full conversation with it and my husband was at home. Like it, I mean, it's terrible and it makes you think you're insane and then you catch stuff on camera and you're like, I wish I was just imagining it honestly. Oh my God. And it sounds like your husband's voice as well. Yeah, just like him. Well, it sounds like it, but with no emotion, kind of like you didn't hear it, but yeah, it's just like flat. What it reminds me, looking at the way that it was moving in that video, it, I don't know if you ever seen the movie, it follows, but that that's kind of like the way the demon or whatever you want to call it in that kind of slumbers about, you know, that kind of creepy pace of always moving forward, yikes, Morgan, well, do you feel safe? Like I know you said you're kind of used to it. How do you want all this to end? Like do you want it to just stop? I don't really care if things exist around me, like normal spirits, but I wish this thing would go away. That was scarier than a melting anamorphic snowman. Ah, that does sound like a pleasant sight to see. Next up at number four, titled Magicians, prank leads to most haunted house we've ever seen. Liz and her husband talk about their home being overrun with poltergeist, activity, in what was one of the most controversial episodes of the year? Liz, a lot of the videos I have seen on TikTok are, unfortunately, it seems like you're being tortured by these entities as you walk around the home. There's one like 60 million views or something. It's like wild. Yeah. And I'll let you take us through that one as we go. So before we jump into this, how long have you been experiencing this activity in the home? For about seven months going on eight months. Wow. So that's not a short period of time for sure. So that video that really went viral, and of course you guys have a lot of them that people have seen, but that one specifically, can you walk us through what you experienced in that video? We have cameras in our house now, we never did before, but as this stuff started happening, we decided to put security cameras up so we could capture a little bit more of what was going on. I'm like, I was asleep on the couch and Jorge was at work. And I just woke up out of a dead sleep, almost feeling like I was going to throw up because the smell of rotten eggs or like a sulfur smell, it just woke me up out of a dead sleep. And then I stand up, I called Jorge because I was wondering what the hell was going on. Excuse my language, I'm sorry if- Oh no, you can speak freely here, no worries. Okay. So I called him because I was like, what is going on? As soon as I like started talking to him, the lights started flickering, we have a cross on our wall that we tried to put up, like as protection, like as like to ward off this stuff that's happening, obviously it hasn't helped, but the cross turned upside down and the lights flicker, and I just, I like ran out of here, like as quick as I could. I was the only one here, so I just like ran out the house. And how long ago did that happen specifically? That happened, I want to say September maybe. Okay, so that one wasn't too long ago. Yeah, it was just a couple months ago. And when you say lights flicker, I don't even feel like that's doing it just. I mean it seemed like there was something inside of those lights, like it was so aggressive the way that those lights were going off, which man watching the video, it's intense because it's like raises your anxiety watching those lights. And then it's like that cross turns upside down with vengeance, but just sticks up at you like to make a point. You called Hooray and you know, you're having this conversation and then that that cross turns upside down and you run out of the home, when you exit to that home, do you immediately feel relief or are you still panicking? How do you mentally deal with what just took place? I was still panicking when I left, I did feel better. Like I felt some relief now that I wasn't in the apartment anymore, but I was still panicking on the inside and like I had Waray come home from work and everything because I didn't want to be here by myself. Yeah, I think that's fair. And worry when you get that call and all of that is going on, I mean obviously you guys have been having activity up to that point. So it wasn't like this was the first thing. I mean, how do you even help in that instance? I mean, it seems like such a terrifying position to be put in. Well, there's not much I can help on, but you know, the best I can do is just make give her comfort. You know, just to be honest, I'm also scared to, you know, so you know, her being here by herself and calling me every time she calls me and I got a rush out of work because I only live like only work like three blocks away from here. So it's, you know, I get here in like three seconds, I just come here and give her comfort up, you know, that's the only thing I could basically do at the moment. I asked because the person that or the individual we interviewed, Kate and I interviewed in real time last night, but in podcast time last week or Thursday, I guess, but they pulled a gun on an entity. So I didn't know if you were running in with weapons, trying to find what was going on. I have the cameras that I have here. I'm able to see it from from work. I'm able to see what's going on here from work. You know, if somebody was to approach the house or anything like that, we immediately call 911 and like the police station is like right down the road. So I know, no, and this is a good area. So nobody wants to like, nobody is like to break in here, but you know, when like normal activity starts happening, they're like scares my wife, I'll just basically leave work where I'll just have her drive to my job and just sit there and just, you know, just hang with me and or if not, just come here and try to comfort her. Makes sense. And prior to living in this home or have you had paranormal experiences your whole life or was this the, because I know you said you didn't really put a ton of stock in the paranormal before this. So was this kind of your introduction to the paranormal? To be honest, I never experienced paranormal activity in my life. I have friends that had told me about, you know, ghosts and stuff that happens to move in their house, basically all I used to say is you're lying. You know, there's no such thing as ghosts or demons or not. You know, there's no, because I never experienced it myself. But when it started happening to us, the first night it happened to me, I looked at my wife and I'm like, it's one of the like, who's walking out there? You know, and my wife was like, I don't know. And then when I started like hearing the door be scratching, like, you know, banging and stuff started moving in my room, I just looked at my wife and I said, it's not effing with me. You know, I was just that scared, you know, at first. And so that's when I started believing into ghosts and stuff like that. But this is actually my first time experiment, experiments in experience in ghosts that is my first time. So I'm into this. Oh, man. Well, talking about jumping in the frying pan, you guys seem to be all the way there. Hey, I mean, I know we're just kind of into the alpha of this conversation. But just what you've heard so far, is there any advice you can give them? Yeah. So I first wanted to ask you though, just to make sure what, you know, like what in depth we're looking at. Have any of you experienced anything physical on your body, scratches or like felt like you're being pushed or pulled as well as do you feel like your emotions are altered, you know, like you step into the house and you feel like dread or anger or anything like that? Yes. Yeah. I feel like it affects my emotions more than than Jorge. When it first started happening, like it's a little bit better now. But when it first started happening, I was like so depressed and I would sleep a lot and like I was just angry. It's still like I still have moments where I just get like so angry like there is time where she she cried and I asked her why you crying and she just answered me and said, I don't really know why I'm crying. She was acting like she was super tight. She was acting super tired. She started acting weird all of a sudden. I remember one day she was sleeping and I was hearing mimicking and when I looked into her she was in responsive and when I looked at her she had like three scratches here. One day she woke up to use the bathroom like to take a shower and when she woke up she had a big bruise on one of her breasts. I'm like where is that from? And so she didn't knew where it came from, neither did I. Another day I happened to be sleeping which I posted a video and I woke up from a dead sleep because somebody had hit me on my back and when my wife recorded it, she actually took a video, I actually had like a scratch mark in my back. And so yeah but we have been touched multiple times and we have been pushed and my wife been fit like emotionally, like how you say that? Emotionally like effective. Yeah. Yeah. Well I do want to give you just like a small advice but as we go on I definitely want to give you more because it's heavy. As I'm sitting here trying to clear it for you, it's heavy, it's taking, it's not taking over but I feel it everywhere rather than just keeping it one place. So one thing I do want to say is what really helps is when you're starting to feel these things or even when you're starting to feel these emotions take over is to kind of sit there and take like a really big deep breath and just envision a white light around you as well as around your house because this is where you're setting your boundary. You do not want this energy affecting you in this way at all. So this white light is your boundary for them not to be able to affect you in this way. So whenever you're feeling this, just close your eyes, take a deep breath. Like you are in control, you are in power, this is your home. So that is one thing that I always like to say is envision a white light around you and they cannot pass through it. It's yours. That's your power. That's your energy. Liz, there's a video that you guys posted where you're in the kitchen and things really go off the rails. I think you may have been on the phone with for a while cabinets open and the refrigerator door swings open, the lights start flickering. It even almost sounds like and you can clarify for me the smoke detector even sounds like it's going off or there's some kind of beeping going off. Yeah. You just feel like you live in a prank show at some point. I mean, that's so intense to go through. Yeah, it's crazy. It really is crazy. Like I just get so irritated, like now I'm like, I get so irritated and I just run out of the house when it starts happening. Like I don't even try to really stay in here. I just run directly out and whatever's happening, I just let it keep happening in here. Are most of the incidences similar to what is captured and put on where it seems like they last like about 30 seconds of pretty intense activity and then it kind of passes? Yeah, like some of it is like some of it will just be like little stuff that happens. You know, like we don't post everything that happens because it would be like constantly posting. But like when the big stuff happens, yeah, I usually run out. So if stuff keeps happening, I don't really pay attention to it. I don't really want to know if it keeps on going or not because I just leave. And you know, Kate was kind enough to offer some advice and I'm sure she'll have more opinions as we go. You guys did try to sage the home. Can you guys tell us about that? Yeah, when we sage it always, something always seems to happen like during saging or right after saging, whatever the entity is or whatever it is, doesn't like when we do that. I'll tell you that it doesn't like it. It does not like it at all. We even try to put a saw around the door entrance and none of that works. Have you all had anybody come to the home and investigate or try to cleanse the home for you? I have several pieces that's like actually coming. It used to be one that was only coming, but the one, it's okay. The one end up getting another four more pieces. He came here like three or four times. And when he tried going through the house by the time he comes right back outside that he gets done. He leaves blood on his blood on his, blood on his, blood on his, I think it's a nose please. Yeah. Yeah. I personally think that it is because, which I told them, I personally think that it's just dry air, you know, but consistently, you know, every time he was coming here, it was all the time happening. He ended up saying that, you know, he's got to get other, you know, more power into this. So he ended up calling couple of his buddies and, well, pieces to come here and like work in the house. So also for right now, we have like five pieces. There's coming in here twice a week. Oh my gosh. Hey, so this raises something, you know, I've been doing this for almost four years now, interviewed a lot of people and throughout these interviews, sometimes the conversation of demons comes up, you know, when you're talking about the paranormal and you hear about instances like this where not only does it seem like activity is happening to say, get your attention or pass on a message, it seems like people are being attacked, whether it's emotionally or physically or both. How much stock do you put into that Kate that there are entities that their sole purpose is to put you under duress almost like they want to take over the home that you live in. When things like this happen and with my experience, we were experiencing the emotional change as well as the small scratches. And so that's when it freaked me out because I immediately thought that it was a bad entity or a demon, as I'm going through and learning through energies is that it doesn't always have to necessarily be like a bad spirit or a demon, but it's typically it could just be an entity that even in the physical world, like even in their lifetime, they were just someone who was miserable or they were someone who didn't really care about anybody else or had a purpose in their life and, you know, just were also just hang on to their physical objects. So that is one thing that I was curious to know as well is, you know, if there's been something brought in the home that you guys feel like brought this on or have you gotten any information on the history of the house because what I feel is that I don't like to necessarily like place labels on, oh, it's a demon or it's just this spirit. It's more so they're doing this for a purpose and they're putting you through this through a purpose and it's wrong and it's bad. There's a reason for it, whether it be your land has an effect. I am just like curious to know, do you guys know any history about the home or how long have you been here? Have you experienced it the whole time you've been here? We just experienced this. I want to say about how long have we been experiencing for like seven or eight months, but we lived here for since last December since last December, we've been living here the way that because when we first moved here, there was nothing happening really. We did looked into the history of the house. The landlord that owns this property said that there was a couple death in here, right? And he in fact used to live here in this house previously right before we even moved here, but he hasn't experienced nothing this strong. The house, this house is a small, this is a mansion, but they divided the floors into three apartments. There's three floors, so first floor is one house which we live at, second floor is another apartment and the third floor is another apartment. The tenants upstairs did say that they see maybe a shadow of a woman walking back and forth, but doesn't bother nobody. I feel like everything started because I'm a professional magician. I do magic for a living. One day I was performing magic show at this show that they hired me at, and I was so excited because I was so successful and people loved what I did. This is what I want to have as my career is perform magic tricks. I told my wife, "Well, let's just celebrate, let's go off for cruise." And so we were just driving around and on our way back home, my wife noticed when we stopped at a red light that there's one Catholic church happened to have these lights flickering. So I went off trying to be goofy about it and I was like, "Wow, that is very interesting. Why?" And I told my wife, "Why is it? Why is these two lights flickering?" And so my wife was like, "I don't know." You know, I was like, "There's actually somebody in there." And she was like, "At 9.30 at night, I don't think so." So I was like, "Hmm, let's go over there and be goofy about it." I was like, "I almost stopped there and we got to perform a magic show and do something real cool." I went off and of course, you know, and those lights were just of true entrance, like when you enter the Catholic church, those two lights, you know, side by side beside the doors, those are the lights that were flickering. I actually posted a video on my tic-tac that if you scroll all the way to the bottom, you'll be able to see the videos. I went off and I started doing this coin trick, you know, which is the vanishing coin. I went off and I was like, "Look, why are these lights flickering?" I'm like, "Whatever paranormal is going on, I'm waxing to vanish this coin." And I went off like this, "Guys, watch this, these ghosts, if there's actually paranormal activities, they got to vanish this coin." So I was like, "Ghost, vanish this coin if you're here." And when I opened my hand, "Oh, my God, they vanished that," you know, and I was just trying to make a goofy thing about it, you know, and I went off again and I was like, "Who'll let's do it again, let's do it again." And I did it again, you know, and I vanished the coin. You know, I was like, "What magician does, you know, it's like a man." And I did it again, and supposedly, I pretended like the ghost vanished it. And so, whatever was flickering those lights, whatever was going on spiritually there, but what the priest is saying that I happened to the storm, it's that. That's like the beginning of the night. Wow. No. And so, when I came home that night, but believe it or not, at that time, I didn't believe in ghosts. I didn't believe in none of this paranormal stuff. So I came home that night and that's when everything started happening and it started increasing from moving small objects to doing bigger stuff, to forming big steps to mimicking, to slamming bigger objects, to now doing the crazy stuff that it's doing now. And now, that's how we are in the situation we are now. Ooh. Geez, Louise. Yeah. Man. Because I know in some of the videos, they'll be titled, you know, like my wife wants to leave this house or something like that and then you see some pretty wild stuff happen. How are you? I mean, I know you said that you'll just like leave the home. I find that, you know, if you want to kind of label this as trauma, which for me it would be, sadly, I guess, with trauma, some of it we kind of get used to over time. Do you feel like you're now to the point where we're just kind of like, okay, this exists, I exist, I'm just going to have to coexist with whatever's happening? Yeah, I definitely, I kind of try to coexist with it now because it's winter here, it's cold outside. So I'm like, I don't want to have to go run outside every single time this happens. And then another thing is too, I'm pregnant. I'm like, uh, we're, we're going to have the baby on December 21st. So congratulations, that's my birthday. Congratulations. That's awesome. That's awesome. So you guys are going to be parents, Liz, I'll start with you. If you be in the mom, how do you feel about bringing a baby into the home? I am nervous about it. I definitely am nervous about it. I'm hoping that we can stay strong enough to where it doesn't affect the baby and we're going to get the baby baptized too, first thing. The priestess said that the priestess said, because I was one of my main concerns. I was like, how am I going to do this? The priestess said, listen, when the baby is born, neither me or mom will touch the baby. He will show up at the hospital, take a session with the baby along. And he said he's going to like introduce to black bath types of baby and do some prayers so the baby will be fully protected. So he said, you know, because he said that whatever it is, didn't, didn't came to this house naturally, it came to either me or my wife or maybe both of us. So it is something that we got to work on, you know, and to keep the baby out of it. That's when he's going to step up and try to bless my baby. So he said it will be as touchless as it won't. I won't try to like harm my baby, but it won't harm it. Jorge, do you feel like you've gotten any cool powers for your magic act? Like have you asked the ghost to like move stuff on stage to see if it'll work? Oh, you know what, to be honest, that will be being my wife, we did crack that joke one time. I said, you know what, maybe I'll make friendship with his ghost and maybe he makes something really levitate, right? If only they would see the benefits in that, you know, like we can have everything ghost and the ghost is just opening seven cabinets like I got everything I want. I don't know how it's going to work, you know, I just don't want something else to pop up besides the coin levitated, you know, just see something, you know, I just I don't know. But I won't be right though. Do you still have that coin? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I still got it. And I feel like I would love, I mean, not to try to direct your your social media channels, but I would love to see a video with you showing that coin in the house and maybe it if flash, see a clip of it flashing back to that original, you know, video of you at the church and then with the paranormal activity at the home, that's such a fascinating potential origin story, you know, because I feel like, and Kate, you can play a test of this too, is somebody who is very curious about the paranormal and trying to learn more about it. One of the things we always and I think just as humans, we try to connect the dots for things in general. We always want to know, well, why is this happening and to have, you know, an origin story like that is pretty unique and interesting. Well, you know, we kind of heard about your journey as what's going on. And I always like to ask, well, where do you see the future within this home? And you kind of talked about you've got your baby coming in big picture wise. What are y'all hoping for? I mean, is it to continue to live there and document these kind of outer worldly things that are happening? Do you eventually want to get out? I mean, what? How are you? Our goal, we do want to move out, but our main fear is, because at one point when this all started happening, I was going from place to place and, you know, staying in hotels and spending all this crazy money, you know, and I'm the only income right now. So it's very hard for me at the moment, you know. So the priest, when I did spoke to the priest, because somebody they said on one of my life, um, hey, why won't you ask the priest? They usually help out. Catholic churches do help out with first month and, you know, first month and security deposit. So I was like, wait, I happen to have a priest coming to my house and he knows my story. So one day I called him and I was like, hey, man, listen, um, by chance, do you happen to know who can help out with rent and security deposit to move out? He was like, um, I will talk to you in person. So, you know, come to, you know, I had to go to his church. So I went there and we sat down and, you know, his office and, um, and he said, uh, why do you want to move? So I was like, because, you know, what's going on that? What kind of question is that, you know? And so he was like, I'm sorry to tell you this, but no matter where you go, you could spend all the money in the world, um, it's you and your wife that's got, like, worked this out, you know, you, it's, it's attached to you or it's attached to your wife or maybe both of you. So, um, it's not much you can, you know, you can run here and there and spend all kinds of money, but it's just kind of follow you no matter what. Cause whatever it came, what you have, it came through either you or your wife or maybe both of you. So no matter where you go, it's kind of follow you. So I was like, well, look at that. And we do have to get down. Yeah. So we do want to move either way, either way, cause we just want to let the vibe go like, you know, like, you know, like whatever, you know, we just want to feel a little bit inside of us. We want to feel a little bit comfortable, but I don't want to rush it, right? You know what I mean? And just move out and, you know, without having the right income and I want to like take my time a little bit now and, um, and say, well, when I move out, I feel like it's the right time, but eventually we do want to move out. Gee whiz, I don't get what's so controversial about a self-proclaimed magician capturing paranormal activity on camera. Santa's always watching, elves on camera, always watching, has. You know, I'm a demon and it sounds like Santa should be the one on the naughty list. Next up at number three, we have the episode titled the demon of Rex Road Place. Riley shares with us about the demon she experienced at her childhood home. So you have all these stories here. Why don't we start with the first one you wrote into us about you titled it the demon of Rex Road Place and my first apparition. That one was probably like the worst encounter I've had as far as like the a dark energy or like evil. My dad was military, so we moved around a lot. So when we moved into this house, like it was kind of right away, you knew something was off about it as a kid, you know, you don't really have a choice. I know you had another guest who actually talked about a similar house in the same area of Bellevue, Nebraska, and I almost wondered if that wasn't like the same house with the way she described it. But anyway, it was it was in the basement of this of this house. We've lived there already for a while before I ever saw it, but it was me and all my brothers and sisters, we all kind of we didn't like it down there. We all kind of knew something was off. Unfortunately, the laundry room was down there, so we did have to be in that room from time to time. I was really nervous by saying that anytime that we were in the basement, or at least for me, it just felt really heavy and really dark and just bad. Overwhelming your sense is bad, like you couldn't focus on a conversation because your mind was just yelling, okay, this is bad. And I did not be down there anymore than I absolutely had to. And the stairs that went up and down were very distinct sounds. They were the you know, the wooden slack kind of stairs, they're really loud and they creak and they being and you could hear the stairs from anywhere in the house. And you tried a lot of times just to get up and down quietly to see if I could get up and down quietly, sometimes because the video games were stashed down there. And so if I was trying to sneak around and play video games at night, sorry mom and dad, if you're listening, you know, I didn't want to get caught. So I would try to go as quietly as possible and you just can't go quietly up those stairs, you just can't. You can try to learn like which stairs don't make the most noise and like step in a certain pattern, but it never works. I could remember. That was exactly me. That's exactly what I did. And I did manage to find to see what I thought was the quietest way up and down, but it was not quiet. It was still loud. You could still hear it from everywhere. One night I had just got up at night to get a drink of water and I was downstairs in the kitchen sitting there at the sink and uncommonly, I just started to get that same really bad feeling while I was standing there in the kitchen and that normally only happens when you're in a basement. So when I started getting it in the kitchen, I was really kind of freaked out. I heard that creak from the stairs, like some somebody stepped on the stairs and I am very confident that I was the only one up and I did check with the other family members next day and nobody admitted to being up. And so I just got really freaked out. I just covered my eyes and I ran blind through the house, about the stairs because it was three levels. I ran back up into my room to get up there and I actually hit, like I thought somebody was sitting there the hallway. I hit something. I fell down. I have something. I opened my eyes at this point and something was there. It was like a really big dark mask and it had like this neck, it stretched out and around and down like a big freaky snake draft neck and it just got right up in my face and it had like, I couldn't really see its face. It looked like it was wearing a white mask, but it was staticky, like it wasn't clear. I couldn't tell what it was. All I just know is that it was right there was in my face and I could not move. I was so freaking scared and I was just paralyzed just there on the floor. I don't really know how long I was sitting there, but at some point another creek from the basement stairs came up and the thing looked up in response to the sound. It looked up down the hall towards where the stairs were to go down to the main level. And once it looked away from me, I could actually like move again. And I just like, I didn't even stand up, I crawled into my room, into my bed and under the covers and I just stayed, I just stayed under the covers screaming or crying or anything like that. There was probably crying. I couldn't scream. I couldn't scream. I actually tried to scream while I was laying around the ground. I couldn't scream. I imagine I probably did cry and I was shaking really bad and I just like under the covers and I just stayed under the covers. As you're describing this entity, our cat is like rubbing on our leg and I was like, "Ugh!" Exactly. It actually ended up staying with me. I believe it took on like a smaller form than it was, but it still had that white mask and a staticy thing and I would always see it and it didn't bother me again. Like it was just kind of chilling. It would always hang out right by my closet and I could always see it like at night and just sometimes randomly and it was just there and it ended up staying with me for a long time because I would, I didn't like it at first, but it never did anything and I can't help but wonder if it might not have combated the basement guy. So maybe it was like a good creepy snake draft demon. Yeah, I don't know. Every time he moved, he just moved with me like that guy was always around. So this isn't only him, this was a sketch I did, a combination of him and a character from a book that a friend of mine was writing, but like that kind of mask and the slit mouth and stuff that you see on there. That was kind of what his mask looked like, but he didn't have the shadows around the outside of it. It literally looked like TV static. That's so funny. I never really need to focus on it too hard. I noticed that picture and I was like, "No, that's something different." That's not it. Staring at us. Well, and Riley, in just a state, so you were ten years old when this happened, right? Probably ten or eleven, because ten, eleven, twelve, I lived in my house. And you also, can you tell us about the bald man that you would see? Oh my gosh. Usually, I would only see him in the winter and I think it was related to the living room because a lot of times in the winter when we put up the Christmas tree, we like to camp out in the living room with the Christmas tree and look at the lights and stuff and it was fun. And the living room had this big windows, like three big windows made up one of the walls and we had a little bit of bushes and then it overlooked the front yard and the street. And so sometimes there was just this guy there and it was very unnerving to see him. He wasn't, I wanted to say he would be like, "You wouldn't mistake him for like a person." He definitely had like a blueish hue and like dark blue overalls and stuff. It was like coveralls. It kind of looked like a snow suit and he was kind of heavier set and his eyes were kind of interesting because they were just really dark. It looked like he had two black eyes every time that I saw him. It wasn't like that his eyes themselves were black, really swollen, dark blue, baggy, maybe we'd been punched, but I don't know why, really, but I just always associated him with snow clouds. Maybe it's just because he was there in the winter, but he would just come and usually he'd just be in the yard, maybe walking like down the sidewalk. There was a couple times where he would come up behind the bushes and one time he was like kind of just pressing his face in on the outside and just like looking into the house, which was pretty unnerving and creepy to see. Did anyone else in your family see any of these spirits or was it just you? Not that one. I was sharing her room with my little sister and she says, "Now." I talked to her a couple of days ago about it, but she said that she did see the other thing that the draft guy that like stayed with me, we started calling him "No Face." She said he looked scarier than the smaller form that he took for me. I found out later that this thing that was standing there by my closet was also traumatizing my sister and she used to, I guess, wake up at night and go to my older sister or my mom and dad and say that she was scarier than there was something in her room. Please, please, please tell me to wrap face demons aren't real? Actually, are you related to that demon because your face doesn't look like it belongs in a zoo? For an elf, you're kind of an asshole aren't you?
