Hebrews 11:7 "Noah's Faith"

The author of Hebrews continues showing us that God calls all of His people from the beginning of recorded history to live and seek Him by faith. The author points us to consider Noah's faith.
By faith Noah received righteousness. This teaches us that justification - the declaration of righteousness - has always been by faith.
By faith Noah took action on his faith. Noah built the ark. Building the ark did not earn righteousness and reconciliation for Noah, but it did SHOW his righteousness.
By faith Noah proclaimed to those who witnessed the oddity of the ark. Noah showed his faith in God's declaration by building, and it is likely that he proclaimed God's message of judgment and salvation to those who asked.
