Now that we are a few weeks into 2022, I wanted to talk about how much you have on your plate. I am not talking about food here, I’m talking about all of the things on your to-do list. Whether you consider these things healthy or unhealthy, you can only hold it up for so long before it becomes too heavy and you need to put it down.
What does your plate look like? Are you making sure to put taking care of yourself on your plate? Take an inventory of what is on your plate right now because you can’t keep adding things to your plate without removing some things that just aren’t serving you anymore. In this episode, I’m sharing a few tips on how to do just that.
