We all have things we know we could do better, changes we have wanted to make and areas we know we should really strengthen. This is where the difference between knowledge and wisdom comes in, knowledge is information that sits in our brain that hasn't been gained through our own experience or we haven't taken action upon yet.
We can use this as a form of avoidance, to continually look for new information, new knowledge, instead of doing what we know needs to be done. It can feel easier to search than it can to confront what we already know to be true.
